BOE sets fees for Hope, homeschool students 

The Webster County Board of Education approved participation fees Monday for students receiving the Hope Scholarship and homeschooled students who take classes or participate in athletics through the county school system.  The fees were discussed during the board’s Aug. 24 regular meeting.
