Recipe of the Week Chicken Pasta Salad Ingredients: • 1 pound bow tie pasta • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cooled • 1 pound broccoli • 1 medium red onion • 1 pound cherry tomatoes • 1/2 pound mushrooms • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts in water drained • 1 8-ounce bottle Italian salad dressing • Instructions: Cook the pasta according to the package directions and set aside to cool. Chop the chicken and all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Combine the pasta, chicken, and vegetables in a large bowl. Add the entire bottle of Italian dressing, toss, and serve.
